get over my fear of birds

i think this has to be my biggest fear, they seem to be everywhere where i live, i can’t even sit in my garden because theres a huge tree which seems to harbor birds, even all the shopping towns are crawling with birds and not just little birds, big fat pigions!! i think i’m most scared of these they seem to have no fear as they have even started waling into all the shops!! its a nightmare, i can’t breath when i see a bird!!
