I think I'm better 2 years ago

at identifying this and I have done it less so I am going to mark this as complete. It is a life long struggle but progress has been made and I am satisfied with the improvement.



I'm taking a 2 years ago

positive step today. I’m working on some paperwork that I’ve put off at my job. So if I get it taken care of I won’t have a problem. I’m just motivated today.



Doing it again 2 years ago

Yep, instead of working this weekend I’m relaxing and so this next work week is going to be so busy I won’t get everything done.



Why oh why? 2 years ago

I do this on a daily basis. This is a short list of what I do or don’t do that keeps screwing me over not sleeping enough so I don’t function well at work, procrastinating, eating crappy food, not finishing college, taking on more than I can handle. I think that I need to figure out why I do this to myself so I can stop. I know it’s not because I enjoy dealing with the problems that arise because of this self sabotage.
