I’ve lost the first 5 pounds already. Now I just have to maintain the current pounds and then begin loosing some more.

Since last summer I have gained 15 pounds from eating too much sweets and junk, not eating healthy at all and skipping meals, and most worst – late night eating. I can’t fit into my summer jeans and that really pisses me off ><
I try to exercise every day but sometimes I can’t because of work and sometimes I don’t do it long enough. I also can’t get a very healthy dinner when I work nights, but I try. This is going to be tough!
