a little bit of definition poking through…i’ve been a lazy ass lately. I’m gonna really be strict on my diet …going to vegas next in a few weeks..so i need to feel skinny.
I been bad on the working out end. past few weeks I been so busy with work and coming home so tired, i havent gone to my martial arts class. I’m hoping to go today. will give you an update tomorrow if i went or not.
my abs and every muscle in my body has been hurting since saturday. I worked out hard on martial arts. i’m starting to see a samall bit of definition on my tummy..the upper part. lower part is the hardest to loose. dam gut. i wish my camera worked so i could take a pic and watch the progress, but its broken and i need a new one. bummer
Started to watch my Calorie intake again, I’ve been drinking Crystal Light, and Water. Water speeds up your metabolism.
I just watched “The Biggest Loser” on tv and it really has gotten me motivated…
We can do this goal if we actually stick to it. But do it health – conciously!!!
hmm i see definate possibilities of accomplishing this. I looked in the mirror the other day, and i have been starting to see slight definition in the top part of my stomach! I was so happy about that, the lower abs are the killer though. that layer of fat has got to go! I wish i could have taken a pic, but my camera needs fixin! As soon as i can i will get one on though. I want to see the progress as the days go by
I’ve been told i’m still losing weight which is awesome, even went down to a pants size 8…(still kinda tight though) when i was up to an 11/13.
Abs aren’t there yet, but martial arts is definately helping, dont know if im going to class for the rest of the week though. I feel like i’m getting a cold, and i want to make sure i dont get sick, so i’m gonna take it easy. I’ll make sure i stick to eating healthy though.
OMG!!! I’m hurting, went to martial arts yeterday, was good. We learned weapon training… which was AWESOME!! my stomach muscles aare burning like mad and aching, as well as my other various body parts, lol. Oh well u know what they say, if u don’t feel the burn its not working.
Went to my martial arts class last night, really worked out hard. and sensei showed us how to really do crunches and sit ups. oh man my muscles are sore, but its just cuz some aren’t used to being worked anymore, i just have to practice more. I need to go to the doctor though, and get a check up ithink because i got really winded yesterday cuz i worked out so hard..martial arts entails alot of breathing.
Now i dont know if it was because there really was no air circulation and the fact that it was hot in the place, or if i’m developing asthma or something which i hope isnt the case. But i still want to get it checked, better to be safe then sorry.
Well my stomach seems to be shrinking!! Which is great. I dunno if i posted this already, but like two weekends ago, i was back to a size 8 jeans, which were still kinda tight, but nonetheless fit, and it seems they are fitting better little by little. Hoping by April…(my birthday month) i will have accomplished this!!! Think thats possible?? or is that too short of a time?
