30 day shred…still on level 2…redid Day 19…I think I’m going to pass out!

Took yesterday off…today my body just did not want to cooperate with Jillian, i definitely modified the entire workout and completely skipped the last minute of abs…and i still broke a major sweat.
I must redo Day 19 tomorrow.
Skipped my workout yesterday, there just wasn’t enough time in the day! Today I was bad and had a donut! But it was sooo good.
And I did day 18 today and got my butt kicked.
I took a 4 day break because I was sick and yesterday there was an interruption in my cable service. Did day 17 and it is amazing how only a few days off can kill you when you get back into it!!!
I am starting not to like Jillian Michaels. She is killing me slowly.
Took a 2 day break for Memorial weekend. Got back yesterday and the workout was a killer once again. Every time I come back from a short break this workout is brutal. Doing day 15 today.
Did Day 11 yesterday, doing day 12 today. OOOH. My abs hurt already!
Today I finally moved on to Level 2. It is a KILLER workout! Hard! I really hope it pays off. So far I have only lost a few pounds but I am looking more toned and my tummy is looking harder.
Completed day 7 on 5/14. Took the weekend off cuz I went out of town to visit my mom for her birthday, ate lots of bad food…but I’m back now and I just finished Day 8! My stomach is starting to feel hard even though it’s still pretty soft. I’m on my way!!!
