i haven’t been eating right. =( i’ve been eating too little.
i had cream of wheat and a banana yesterday, but then i forgot to eat for the rest of the day and wound up going to sleep. i hate doing that.. later on, i feel really hungry and i’m afraid i’ll overeat.

i walked A LOT today and for whatever reason, i had almost no appetite. i had cream of wheat and honey for breakfast, a few pretzels, and i made chicken/mashed potatoes/brussel sprouts for dinner, but i ate about two bites of it and was stuffed.. my boyfriend devoured his plate and mine, though haha.
maybe the heavy exercise [it’s heavy for me anyway lol] made me lose my appetite.

i bought a yoga book and have started planning a yoga routine.
i like yoga, it’s soothing and good for your health. studies have shown that people who practice yoga regularly live longer.

my name is arika.
i was a heavy child/teenager and had an eating disorder when i was 19 resulting in horrid weight fluctuations. my lowest weight was 108 at 19 [very skeletal for me because i have large bones] and my highest was 195 when i was 17.
i weigh 145 now.
i would like to weigh 125 pounds, because i think it would look healthy and fit. i’d also like to get in great shape.. the healthy way. no more disordered eating for me.
just thought i’d introduce myself!
