woo hoo i did it…but realistically it took more like 1 1/2 months.

So I did the math on this, and while dropping weight seems like a feat, losing 10 lbs in a month only means losing 2.5 lbs per week, or only .35 lbs (grams?) per day!
Easy enough. But then the next question, which I think so many other people get stuck at, is HOW?
I’m new to all this caloric consumption crap, so I think the easier way out will be to somehow beef up my exercise routine.
Must think about this some more…
