Making Progress

I’m working out almost everyday.
I do stretches, then weights, then 15 minutes on the treadmill. Eventually I’ll make it longer than 15 minutes, but for now, I’m happy that I’m going through with this and not quitting.


I was going to today.. but than I got lazy and went on the computer instead.
I havent in like, a week.


I feel that it’s better to exercise by playing a sport than to do the treadmil or something. That’s what I’m trying to do. Soccer is better than running for 45 minutes. And since I’m not trying to loose weight or anything, and just stay healthy, it’s pretty good.
