My boyfriend compiled a list of workouts he likes to do that I can add to my routine to spice it up a bit, which gave me some more motivation. Also, I learned to talk to my friends when I’m feeling down and out of motivation to work out (those who are healthy anyway) and usually they can pump me up enough to make me want to go.

I am just so proud of myself right now! It was very hard the first five days, but by the end of the week I was actually looking forward to working out. I just do it in the comfort of my home so I don’t stand out like a sore thumb at the gym because I don’t know what I’m doing haha
So, I bought myself a cute yoga mat, and a matching work-out outfit, and what do you know? That was enough to make me want to start? I’ve been working out for about half an hour to an hour each night in the comfort of my own room, with my own music. My stomach WILL GET FLATTER!!
I was going to start tomorrow, but why not do some yoga tonight? I used to do yoga all the time, and was pretty flexible with it, and it always relaxed me. I’m thinking maybe half an hour although I like doing it for an hour.I don’t have much time in the mornings, and it’s so cold where I live that it’s not like I can just go jog anytime. Also, I want a gym membership, but I can’t make that promise. First off, it’s expensive, second, I can’t be sure that I will be able to go at least 2 times a week :/ I’ll start with yoga….I’d also like to increase my riding skills
