Okay i havent been on here for about a month =/
Start weight – 210lbs
Current weight – 189 lbs
Goal weight 1 – 168 lbs
Goal weight 2 – 140 lbs.
I have 6 weeks off college with nothing else to do apart from concentrate on this goals so hopefully ill lose some more weight (:

Bad week ):

Started off good monday went to gym and everything but then tuesday went out drinking , and drank way too much as usual and then felt like crap next day (hardly ate anything though..) so did no excersise….. and yeah rest of week not good anyway.
Got weighed today and have stayed the same weight so at least I haven’t put on =/
This week is going to be better though and im definatly not going out so no alcohol this week (:
and ive found my exercise dvd so no excuse now =]

Havent wrote on here for about a week ..was a bad week last week went out twice and drank way too much but i didnt out any weight ..i didnt lose any either though so time to get back on track !
Managed to go to the gym today for an hour :)
and walked home (about a 30 minute walk)
Foodwise so far I have had
b) shreddies w/ semi-skimmed milk
l) mixed fruit and a cheese lettuce and tomato sandwich
d) pasta
wayy to many carbs today =/

current weight : 190
goal weight : 135

Okay foodwise today has been okay :D
Had 1300 cals and thats probably it now.
Also walked 4 miles as it was ridiculously good weather =]
But tomorrow night Im off out uptown with my friends so will be drinking alcohol , hopefully I won’t drink too much =/

Okay so far this week hasnt gone good but i put it down to stress of exams because after doing them or revising for them the last thing i felt like doing was exercise and eating healthy however now i have finished so there is no more excuses plus i have 2 weeks off college till i start yr 13 work which means plenty of free time to exercise and eat right

Today hasn’t been a good day :( rubbish food and zero exercise …
I have had two exams today though (history and media) so not going to worry too much as i needed chocolate after them haha
Last exam tomorrow though! (theology..) finally so can concentrate fully on this =]
Also decided to set myself a mini goal of losing 7lbs by the end of June to take me to 182 lbs. That works out at just under 2lbs a week which is manageable for me :)

Not been on in a couple of weeks =/
Had exams (still got them..) and just been busy so i havent exercised as much as i would like to be but i have lost weight (4lbs) since my last update :)
Height: 5’8
Start weight: 210 lbs / 95kg / 15 stone
Current weight: 190 lbs / 86 kg / 13 stone 9 lbs
Total lost: 20lbs / 9kg / 1 stone 6 lbs
Goal: 135 lbs.

this week started off okay but ive had exams (they dont finish till june 3rd =/ ) and the rest has gone down hill as ive been busy revising and not really concentrating on weight loss
well tomorow is weigh day so we will find out
cant wait till exams are over….

Went to gym for an hour after college :)
and food wise I’ve had
- cereal with yogurt (instead of milk) for breakfast
- small tomato pasta pot for lunch
Im off to my friends soon and having dinner there =]
I did have half a brownie off my brother this morning…there too nice to resist :P
and its sunny again !!!

Im off to the gym again tomorow which is good (: but after im stopping at my friends as she has a free house which should be fun but we always end up eating unhealthy food =/.
but as im going later i should only be having something small so might be okayy.
at college im having a ham salad for lunch as sometimes i skip it but someone told me this may hinder my weightloss so giving it a go :)
