phonetics is the language of sound. its all about pronouncing the words and hence needs lots of vocal practice. but while speaking or talking its not always easy to pronounce the words in the correct way for the people who dont use the perticular language much(people like me). so writing it and at the same time vocalising it proves to be a better way to practice.
