It is not an easy system, but it’s easy to see why it is a useful system. I’ve started—I’ve got my 43 files and folders, and I’m using Kinkless GTD with a treo 300, and a moleskin. So far, so good. It think in about 2 weeks I’ll be fully up and running.

The scripting in Kinkless GTD relies on Tiger. How silly, I need OX 10.4 and I have 10.3.9. I have heard mixed reviews of tiger. Horror stories of people losing files and time—I can spare neither. Plus, I have two computers so I can’t even score a student discount.
But I’m not confident in the Kinkless system yet. It’s pretty cool, in that it’s just a template that organizes stuff within Omni Outliner Pro, but the sync button doesn’t seem to be working very well, it’s not automatically sycing with ical, which is what updates my treo. So, I end up typing things separately into ical which defeats a great deal of the purpose.
