I've been collecting things I think would make a good novel for 3 years ago

years. I think I’m about ready to begin. I project 18 months for a completed story. I may warm up with a short story though.

I feel silly having this as a goal 4 years ago

because, while I want to do it. It’s not somehthing I am planning to accomplish anytime soon. I think I probably should have written one, while I was living abroad—when my days (and nights) weren’t so full.
