marry an artist

i’m young, and i like that. i have yet to do many things. to live on my own, to experience life on my own, and to be supported on my own. but i’m excited, and i’m ready. if it were up to me, i’d get married tomorrow and never look back. i want to graduate and struggle to find a great job and pay the bills and do it all with him. i want to come home sore and tired and stay in bed with him all night. i think i’m unlike most, in that, i want to be poor with him. i want to struggle and overcome all odds and become closer because of it all. and i know that i can do all of this on my own. but i don’t want to. i want him here with me.

the possibility is there. and he’s beautiful in ways no one else sees, ways no one else will ever see. his passion amazes me and his beauty captivates me. and my favorite thing, our arts compliment eachother perfectly.

this can’t possibly happen soon enough.
