my dad is an architect and has done this twice now. my parent’s are in the process of selling the first house he designed while building the next. it amazes me as i see every step of it. and it only makes me more excited to do this. and i pretty much love the fact that my career while be so closely related to my dad’s. and the house is beautiful. especially the 100’s of holes i drilled in the studs.
