i know that i think about my body too much, which is why i didn’t make any loosing weight goals or exercising goals because i’m aweful about exercising. i just hate it. but yoga really does make my body feel good and more flexible, which is never a bad thing. i really want to fulfill this goal, not to loose weight, but to give me more energy. and add structure to my life. maybe that’s high expectations for yoga. not sure. i’ll let you know how it goes.
