Intermediate – Memories of Christmas

The lesson is about Christmas gifts, and who brings them.

“Many Latinos now celebrate Christmas with Santa Claus, but the traditional gift givers in the Spanish-speaking world are usually the Three Wise Men, who arrive on January 6th, for the Día de los reyes (Feast of the Epiphany). Since the Wise Men arrive on with their animals, you may see your young Latino friends leaving out water for the camels; all that gift-giving can make any you thirsty! “

my first one hour individual Spanish class

yeah, very exciting
the teacher’s nice Spanish lady, and she’s for sure had years’ of teaching experience. the only pity is that she doesn’t speak English. well, maybe it’s a good thing. no complains…
she helped me with pasados, things like
cuando tenío 10 años, vivío en….era una niña un poco traviesa :D, etc, etc….
nice

it's time to stop giving yourself excuses

I’ve been learning Spanish in the Escuela for….. how many monthes?... 6 monthes? mas o menos…
