sound like your mother? I had a friend describe them to me as gremlins. Everybody has gremlins. My gremlin tells me I am not worth any of the good things in my life. I have been practicing shutting her up, telling the gremlin that she is wrong. Someday, I will put the gremlin in a box and bury it in my driveway, under the pavement. She is in my head, and ultimately I have control, so shut up gremlin, I have heard this song before.
