I added this to my Take care of myself goal because that is exactly where it falls under. I have to take some time out for myself to go shopping, get my nails done, or just go to Barnes and Nobles. I tried to make “painting my nails” as a goal this past year but it did not work. I do not create time for myself. If I go shopping at all it’s to the mall and straight for the kids stores. My wardrobe definitely reflects this. My nails are usually unmanicured. I am lucky if I look in the mirror before I leave the house. Next week I want to make time to get my nails done.

I definitely do not want to take this off my list. I have to be more presently involved with life instead of thinking about things that stress me out. I need to breathe deeper and longer and just relax. I have to treat myself more to things that ultimately reduce my stress (working out, running, yoga, manicures, pedicures)
I am worried about my blood pressure lately. I have been having conflicts regarding my husbands family. I can not talk to my husband about this because his solution is “just blow it off”. When I try to talk to him… he then gets moody and all he wants to do is sleep. Then I just get in my downward spiral and of course my mood is affected.
I need to do Yoga every day!!!
Still going to the dentist. Tomorrow I am getting my tooth crowned. The temporary one that they put on my tooth is halfway off and it is annoying the heck out of me. I am thankful that my appointment is tomorrow.
Today I went to the dentist. It was one of the best dentist appointments I ever had. The dentist said that my teeth were not that bad. My husband laughs at this because I have to get a crown, filling, and a deep cleaning. I want to get an electric toothbrush. I get so worried about my teeth because they have related bad teeth to heart disease. I want to stay on top of this. Luckily I am teaching my son some good habits.

I just had my 2nd baby 3 weeks this monday. I need to loose weight. I don’t even fit into the clothes I was wearing before I got pregnant and even those clothes were to big. I have been walking!!I can’t really do any hard exercise for another 6 weeks (I had a c-section). I am going to start to run on a regular basis. I would like to be in a 5k before I get pregnant again. (My husband and I want 3 children)
My hair is another issue… Lets put it this way. I feel like a plain jane.. by hair has a natural wave in the back and it looks like a rats nest. ha ha I am planning on cutting it off for some type of Locks of hair organization but I have to let it grow out a little longer. I need to look into possibly straightening it.
Ok.. this is a little hard these days since I am on a stay at home mom budget. I am going to try to focus more on this for the next year.
Ok.. I bought new foundation. Go me!!! I do really need to use my skin products more. I preordered a free gift from estee Lauder so I have to pick it up on Feb 10th.
I really like their cleansing products. I need to establish a daily routine especailly if I am going to wear more concealer and foundation.
Does anyone recommend anything else for anti-aging?
