First time was on the Inn River in Austria

It was an exhilarating experience! The water from the Swiss Alps was cold, but the adrenaline rush overcame any feelings of trepidation about falling in. The scenery along the river was picturesque. I saw the mountains which was the basis for Paramount Pictures logo.

Even if not at Austria, white water rafting is so worth doing!
