learn Tarot

i think i’ll go to the library this week and get a book or two.

i’ve had my tarot cards for maybe six years and i only know the meanings of four cards – the hermit, the lovers, the tower, and the kind of wands.
this is not very good progress.

the actually readings are pretty spot on, but i have to read a book to see the meanings. it will be so nice when i can just look at the cards and know the meanings, both dignified and ill-dignified.

i bought a tiny tiny deck from the internet about a month ago. i just opened them today to see what the “booklet” says. it basically gives a one or two word meaning for each dignified card. this will make it easy to know the overall meaning. i can get into specifics later on.

oh hey, the two word meanings are actually printed on the cards too. that is neat.
