I have lost a total of 20 pounds and I haven’t been able to lose anymore. I have been the same weight for about 4 months now. I was told that I need to increase my workout to lose the last 10 pounds. I really don’t feel like jogging, so I am walker longer distances. I still love my cookies and desserts, but I will have to cut back even more now.

Hi All,
I have lost a total of 12 pounds and it feels great. It is nice to have my jeans sagging!! I still have 18 pounds left, but since I lost 12 I can lose the other 18. I walk everyday, and I eat smaller meals. I will keep you all updated on my progress, and I cheering for the rest of you. I love chocolate, and love food, so if I can lose 12 pounds, so can you!
Slow…slow..slow is my progress. I have been going about 2 weeks in between weigh ins, but I did lose another two pounds. Living in L.A. and walking to and from the bus stops has definitely helped. It always have to walk somewhere in this city, even if it is two blocks to the nearest bus. Yesterday I went on a leisure walk. I walked a total of 1.5 miles. I wanted to see what was in my area. There’s a movie theater within walking distance…YAAAAAY!!
Since I started over, things have been a little rough. Over the past two weeks I have been able to lose 4 pounds. I started walking and instead of eating cake and brownies (i love cake and brownies) I have been eating bananas, plums, and homeade trail mix. So, I have lost a total of seven pounds and that makes me feel good.
So all if my progress is gone. I am starting all over again. I am not sure what happened, I just kind of stopped excercising, and chocolate became the answer to all of lifes question. So, I am starting over. I actually started this past monday, counting calories, and all that good stuff. Why are low calorie foods so expensive?
Two pounds may not be a big deal for some, but it is for me. Two more pounds gone. I feel a lot better, and I have way more energy. I am going to try to lose two pounds a week until I reach my ideal weight. Good Luck to everyone else doing the same thing..
It’s been a long road. I have been working out everyday, and finally, I have dropped the first ten pounds, twenty more to go.
I have lost seven pounds total. My workouts are getting easier which means I have to increase the intensity. Even though I have lost seven pounds I cant really tell that much of a difference. It’s a sloooooow process..
I lost two more pounds. I have lost a total of five pounds. So 25 more to go.. YAAAAAAAAAAY!!
It’s been a little over a week since I started Dance Revolution and lowering my calories. I have lost 2 pounds and an inch off of my waist. It feels pretty good, and it gives me motivation to continue.
