get my real estate license

That is how much time I have left before I will have to retake the principles course. I need to take this exam soon, but I am so NOT prepared. I was thinking about taking one of the live crash courses, but I just can’t afford it…

I’m still not studying..lol, i somehow managed to put it on the back burner. something about sitting in a room for three hours just does not seem appealing right now. I will probably do it, but for now, it is no longer a priority.

I havent been doing any studying, maybe I don’t want it bad enough.

I passed the principles test with a 93. Now I have to register for the “real test” I am studying using the a virtual tutor system that is rather intense. I also have a math tutor system for real estate math. I hope that all of this will be worth it!!

I am still studying. When I take the chapter quiz it’s not about the things i took notes about. I am having a hard time realizing what is relevant and what is not…grrrrr. frustration….

I haven’t studied in three days, and today, I decided to get up early and study. I start to print my notes, and my printer isn’t working. It won’t print it wont copy, it wont do anything. So after throwing a tantrum, I figured i would do everything by hand. Typing and printing my notes was a convienance, but now I have to do it the old fashioned way…

The principles class is a little complicated. I managed to make it through chapters one and two and I passed the practice tests on both of them. Hopefully I will have the same motivation tomorrow.

I ordered the online study kit. I am still waiting for the CD Rom. I plan on taking the test at the end of October. I hope that gives me enough time to study everything I need to know. In california the real estate priciples class is necessary as well as two other classes.
