well 10 years ago i was in this same spot, what to do with my life, i decided to go into emergency med, paramedic, i love (loved) my job. i have seen so much. however my emt driver blew through a red light and crashed into a car, my pt was having a heartattack, but wasn’t injured in the crash, i however was, two of my discs were torn, and 2 years later, still lots of pain, workers comp sucks ass, and a very long drawn out story, i got fucked!!!, now its time for me to find something else to do with my life. i enjoy the excitment of being a medic, maybe go into nursing? i went through hypnotherapy school, loved it, i just feel that there is more i should do. i don’t know….. any ideas???? thanks
