make my business successful

I need to keep working on my crafts and projects.. In addition to this, I need to start giving myself a timeline of the kinds of crafts and projects I would like to complete.

Handmade paper and crochet projects are in the limelight for me right now.. But alas, as I have stated in most of my other goals, it’s a matter of waiting and hoping for this new apartment! I need to move into a healthy creative space.

Got my corporation registered and my tax id! WOOHOO .. wow.. that was SO easy to do! It took me only one day to accomplish that.

Now I just need to get the bank account set up and I will be set to start working on my projects.

Business plan is also in the works!

Finally some stuff is going my way this week. I will be able to get the process started for registering my business and domain name. YAYE.

So I am going to knock those out this week and finally be able to start a business banking account.. and really start taking the next steps for starting new projects.

I got a little e-mail reminder today to “make my business successful”... which is wonderful to read, first thing in the morning.

So far this week I’ve actually been spending my lunches and breaks going through Business Plan questions so that I can get a good feel for what I know and what I don’t know. I don’t expect to actually write out my plan just yet, because there’s so much that I don’t know yet. But, the good news is, it’s a step in the right direction and it’s already showing me what I need to research more.

And, finally, hopefully, this Friday (payday), I will be able to deposit some money into my existing business account (the first business that is kinda in limbo), and use it to purchase a new Incorporation and domain name for the new business.

That will be a huge step in the motion to begin my business. Hopefully the next pay will be enough to possibly invest in my first project under this new business.

Once the registration is underway and I change my bank account over to my new business, and the domain name is registered, I’ll be excited to share more!

I have started a business with a partner.. and that is in a strange haitus right now. I’ve had a bit of change of focus as well, so I’ve begun my own business.

First things first.. getting it incorporated.. that will be happening in the next couple of weeks.

I’ve also begun a blog that will eventually coincide with my website, which will have my products available to buy.

Baby steps. :)

It’s good to have pride and confidence. It’s also great to be humble enough to listen to what others say and use the feedback to improve!

That’s something I’ve been learning these last few weeks. The website is doing well and is gaining in stores and traffic, however, there have been some criticisms about it too. I welcome that because it’s an opportunity to improve on what’s already a good idea!

My business partner and I are launching the first ever equestrian comparison shopping site, we call, www.bazarab.com

I’m so excited because a pretty well established and well known company has just registered with us! State Line Tack is joining the ranks of our site, which is going to give us even more clout AND finally make us a bonified comparison shopping site.

We currently have Dover Saddlery on board as well as El Paso Saddleblanket. We couldn’t be more thrilled!

Hopefully we’ll really be on a roll by the 2007 Holiday Shopping season.. It’s just what we need to get off the ground!

Doing some revamping on the website now. I think the changes are going to give the site a whole new look and feel.. a more professional look and feel. I’m excited about this.

Being diligent and persistent is paying off. There should be inventory on my website from our first official company joining our site. :D

My website was able to acquire the alliance of a really important account that will help give our business a good reputation! It’s a baby step, but a very important step!
