I’ve been getting better this year with not hitting the snooze as much. Oh course, it’s still an everyday occurrence, but instead of hitting it for an hour, it may only be 15 or 20 minutes. So, it’s at least a step.



This is getting insane 10 months ago

I have become addicted to the snooze button. I press it for about an hour every morning. It’s getting pathetic. I need to stop. If I got up right away I wouldn’t even have to set the alarm so much earlier!
