Hi!
I’m still here, just struggling. I don’t think I’ve lost any weight since my last entry, but I don’t think that I’ve gained any either. I am trying to eat only when hungry and have bought some nice pants and tops that make me feel better about myself.
Mostly, my excess weight just makes me sad these days.

I am losing weight, but going by how clothing fits. I’ve lost 30 pounds previously, but was challenged when I hit 196. I couldn’t get beyond it. I have a difficult time when I go up a pound for whatever reason-it totally discourages me. So, I decided to give away my scale and concentrate on eating and exercise that I know will take the weight off.
I’ve gone from size 22 to size 16 already!!! :)
