I got married in Taos, NM and I absolutely love the food. Growing up in Colorado I got used to smothered burritos with green chile. Little did I know that not everyone in the world enjoys this wonderful stuff. So, I started to look for recipes…but green chile is kind of like asking a Southerner about how to make biscuits and white gravy. Lots of people do it, and it is almost always yummy, but it isn’t easy to make at home and everyone’s Mom makes it better. So, I am going to develop my personal green chile recipe. Someday.
