13. Form pretty pictures with M&M’s rather than just shoving them all in your mouth at once.
14. Draw on your skin with permanent markers to see how it would look as a tattoo.
15. Make plans with your friends to someday do something extraordinary.
16. Cook something unfamiliar, then make it your own.
17. Buy a hat, or make one, that will be your ‘thinking cap’ and put it on when you need to ponder about something.
18. Create a language. Teach it to someone and talk in pubic :)
19. Go for a lonely drive while you listen to good music and enjoy the scenery.
20. Daydream about happiness, falling in love, traveling the world, and meeting amazing people.
21. Randomly select someone from your phonebook and call them up for a nice chat.
22. Write a letter to a longtime friend.
23. Go on an adventure at least 50 miles away from your comfort zone. Bring a friend and have a nice chat.
24. Recreate the first time you met someone and share the memories with them.

9. Drink coffee- I dunno. Something about the caffeine and hot water gets me in this outrageous mood of writing and awakening from monotony. It’s greatss.
10. Do something slightly scary, that you know you should do anyway. Like for me, it’s talking to interesting people. I feel so good afterward, that it just makes me wanna do it more.
11. Relive memories with pictures, music, movies. You’ll start to flood your mind with familiar feelings and you may even get inspired to write about it or something.
12. Talk through dolls, action figures. And plus, it’s just plain fun..

1. Drawing a face on your hand to make a puppet. I named mine Linda!
2. Play with your little brother, and try to think like him—talk like him :]
3. Origami, baby. Paper airplanes, boxes, flowers, lalalala.
4. Go an hour without talking; just think. Just listen to others, observe.
5. Recite great poems, quotes, etc: “everyday, think as you wake up,’today i am fortunate to have woken up; i have a precious human life, i am not going to waste it. i am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. i am going to have kind thoughts towards others, i am not going to get angry or think badly about others, i am going to benefit others as much as i can’”. (Dalai Lama)
6. Make a haiku, poem, short story, chapter in a deep novel. Anything to get your mind going. Someone once said, and don’t quote me but, it went something like, ‘writing is the act of figuring out what you believe in’.
7. Be grateful for all the people in your life. Everyone you’ve ever met has been put there to teach you something. Learn from how you handle your reactions and relationships. Be tolerant, accepting, loving, respectful. Think not how they can help you, but how you can be of use to their needs.
8. Go on a [love rampage]. Scream like you want the whole world to know, everything in life there is to love. “I LOVE YOU, SUNSHINE! I LOVE YOU, CEREAL!” lol anything.
