Time goes quickly, i become a vegetarian almost one year, and I still remember that more than one year ago, i would miss meat when there was none just one day, but now,if let me taste meat, it is really like chewing plastics, and my body couldn’t stand it anymore. Eating habbit is so easy to change, and has no influence to health. vegetables are so nice.

This is a wrong mistake that I have made, I need to control my mind next time when I meet similar situation.
Sorry for my body and mind.
This is a developped world, and we can taste many kinds of vegetables even if they are not grown up in their suitable seasons. But if possible, i hope to eat suitable vegetables and fruits in their own seasons, this is natural.
Normally I arranged different vegetables everyday and some fruits,and I feel a little different of my body after almost two weeks’ vegetarian.

This is an occasional but an assured choice. I felt that my body needs to be a vegetarian for the health point. I am still eating eggs, maybe later when I used to recent eating habbits, i will leave eggs behind.
Yesterday, I bought different kinds of beans of many colours, yellow,black,red,and corns and other rice for nutrition balance.
I will trace my vegetarian trip and see what happens in future.
