Water is essential for every chemical process in your body.
When you drink enough water your body will improve with burning calories & upkeep of your metabolism, and absorbing nutrients from food, meaning you will not be as hungry and can lose weight or maintain a healthy weight easier!
Other chemical processes include the reception, production and regulation of vitamins and minerals, hormones and chemicals, etc.
Basically, drinking enough water everyday will keep your whole body healthy, physically and mentally.

My husband and I keep about 6 quarts of water in our fridge. We drink juice and milk too, but nice cold water is the best for quneching our thirst and keeping us cool in the summer :)

My husband wanted to start consuming less sugar, so we decided to stop drinking all koolaid and similar drinks and only drink juice and water—the juice must also be free of high fructose corn syrup. already i feel like i have so more energy, i’m not tired all day. :D
