I’m doing some errands in downtown today, and I’m going to walk while doing them. I want to commit to doing this every weekend that I am in town (which is most). Wish me luck – we’ll see what happens.

Registered this week, and I’ve started doing small things. Eating breakfast, taking the stairs, yoga before bed. We’ll see if I can keep it up!
I’m adding this to several goals as it applies to them, but I’m working on belly dance again. This time a veil dance and some belly-type cardio.
I have gone down a jeans size since last year! Hoping to take up belly dancing again, and just generally start walking more.
