ever since i started working, i’ve put my waking-up-past-noon days in the past. however, i still have a hard time waking up on time for work, and have been late twice already. on average i wake up at about 9-9:30. i guess i’ve become more of a late-morning person, but i would still like to wake up on time!
i think it would definitely help if i slept earlier… it is 1 am as i type this. :P

but it happens when i take a nap at 6 pm and wake up 14 hours later. so it doesn’t count.
but at least now i get to experience mornings. :P

this past week i’ve been forced to wake up early, whether it is because i stayed late at my aunt’s house and was too tired to drive back at night, or because i keep scheduling appointments in the morning. granted i was half an hour late to my eye dr. appointment today, i force myself to stay awake after i’ve woken up, because usually i’d go back to bed once i get home.
i did nap from 4-9 pm though.. that’s not good cause i’ll stay up later now. i’m finding reasons to be out of bed as early as possible. i notice that the later i wake up, the less i want to do things. even though i didn’t get that many things done today, i did check off one or two things off my list, which is better than nothing! (cause usually it’s nothing.)

i’m practically nocturnal and everyone knows me as such. what they don’t know is that i DO love mornings! when i manage to wake up early (a very rare occurrence but it does happen), i feel really great and am motivated to do more. when i wake up later i end up procrastinating.
