There are many aspects to this but here is how I am going to attack it.

Weightlifting – 4 times per week.
Fitness Ball workouts – 3 times per week
Cardio workout – 3 times per week
Healthy and Mindful Eating – Choosing what I eat and eating it slowly

I figure by August/September, I am going to look pretty good NAKED!!!!
