all ive been eating reguarly recently is pizza, sausage rolls and cookies, not good. so yeasterday i decided to get some decent food and start eating properly again, going to replace the unhealthy with healthy.

i have been eating a lot more better foods for me such as more fruit but ive also been eating a lot of crap ive had 3 pizzas in the last two weeks! because ive been bit short on money i have gone for easier options but i get paid at end of month and when i go shopping im goin to buy some decent food.
My ex before we split made a list of food i should be eating and how much of it i should be! I stuck to this for a while and created some brilliant dishes and felt a lot better in myself for it and also felt proud that i was cooking something decent myself! i even stuck to it after we split up but over the last two months ive gone backing to really just eating the wrong food. so ive dug out the list she has made and im guna stick to it again more fruit and veg and back to planning my meals! just got to buy the food now!
