21. Remember that cleaning is sometimes as fun as cooking but in it’s own way, so try that more when my spirits are hurting and need a pick me up. 1 person -

23. Sometimes remember to make it through the day gently and without getting stuck in overdrive. Let my health dictate what gets done and of what I let go. 1 person -

26. Remember where I've been, where I was going, where I want to go, and what I want to remember so I can take it with me into where I want to be. 1 person -
28. Once every several weeks, treat myself to rereading old goals and savings those entries. 1 person -
29. Don't forget to breathe. {keep your head above water.... but don't forget to breathe.} 1 person
