If that is so, I’m making today my day off. I have eaten like a pig today. Going back to school wasn’t too bad, but now I can see the amount of bread I’m consuming at lunch/breakfast/snacking on toast – I’m starting to worry whether school’s going to be that good for me at all anyway.
Anyway, I saw all my friendys when I went back, they all had good Christmases. But my entry on friends goes with my other ‘thing’. Yesterday I did my aerobic workout, and about 50 billoion sit ups, yes I know you can’t burn fat by doing sit ups, but I did them anyway. It was fun. And now my abs hurt quite a lot.
Today I’m not doing anything, but tommorrow I’m going for a run!

Right. I read somewhere, that in order to get fit, which is ultimately what I’m trying to do with this, you’re meant to do lots of areobic exercise to burn fat, and eat less. Yesterday I started with the eat less thing. I hear, if you put your knife and fork down after each bite you have more time to digest things, and therefore you eat less. It’s all good. We went to the movies today and I resisted all but one chocolate, and it was a chocolate from one of those celebrations tins. So, it was tiny.
Tonight, once all our visitors have left I’m going to cycle for 45 mins on our bike, and then do some stomach exercise thingys. And then I reeeallly need to wash my hair. It’s back to school in the morning. Getting up and 6 am is so not fun.

I have a really bad habit of telling my best friend everything. I mean everything. Also, there is the small problem of practically everyone I know telling me every tiny detail about themselves. I’ve got to tell someone.
So I’ve decided I’m going to start a blog (I’ll tell you about it later) and tell the blog everything. And just try to stop telling her everything. Although, it is fun. And she doesn’t seem to tell many people. But I will try to do it. Promise.
