Now I can’t remember exactly when I put this on my 43 things so I’m not sure how much I weighed when I pledged it. Well, I have lost 8kg since January of this year, after piling on pounds in my final year and starting work. Hurrah! Been a lifestyle change, eating healthily and exercising. I can actually RUN now, before I claimed it was physically impossible. I did a 5k a few weeks ago. Want to lose 2kg more ideally.
Been a Dr for 9 months now, actually like getting asked to do cannulas as want to see how difficult it can be!
