How I did it: exercise, eating right and not getting stressed about not being able to sleep.. meditation/yoga.. I found that because I thought i knew i wouldnt be able to sleep.. it stressed me out and put loads of pressure on it. and that in itself would stop me falling asleep. i was even staying up until 7am and then falling asleep and missing uni which was making me frustrated. oh yeh, and.. dont go on your computer or watch tv up to an hour before … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got a brita water filter ( london water's a bit skanky and that was preventing me from drinking enough water).. then at first had to remind myself to drink more, now its just normal. Positive things : softer and better skin and more energy Read how I did it…
