How I did it: I just worked on my list at my own pace. I didn't feel obligated to have 43 things that were new on the go. But now I'm there and I have a completely new list.I do have an oldy but a goody on my list and that is to enjoy the summer. How I did it: I asked my doctor to renew my inhalers that I haven't used in years since I went off of dairy. But allergy season has been super bad this year and I actually had seasonal allergies for once in a very very long time. I was borrowing my daughter and husband's inhalers. So now I have my own.
