How I did it: I bought the DVD box set in China, so I just had to make time to watch it! I tended to watch it in fits and starts, but I got there in the end. I had to actually download a couple of episodes where my DVD wouldn't play, and I nearly didn't watch the final episode (it's this strange compulsion I have - I cannot watch the final ep for most shows... I hate things drawing to a close like that). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I stopped buying clothes, for one thing! I kept a spreadsheet in Google Docs to keep track of my balance, and to predict how much I could pay at each payday (thus predicting when I would be debt-free by). I find having a estimated finish date really helpful to keeping me on track with my spending. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I blogged regularly, and kept my content relevant to my overall theme. I paid for sponsorship on other, more popular blogs, and I did sponsored giveaways in exchange for advertising space. I also commented frequently on similar blogs and linked back to mine in the comment. I also participated in online communities and advertised my blog URL in my signature. I also added my blog URL to my Twitter account, so anyone viewing my Twitter profi… Read how I did it…

I’ve finally started properly focusing on losing weight. I’ve always had success with counting calories, so I’m using the My Fitness Pal app and it’s going really well. Five days in and I’ve lost 1.4kg (I know most of that will be fluid though!)
I’m hoping to be 75kg by November 12, so I’ll look better in a bikini while we’re in Vanuatu! After that, the goal is to get to 70-72kg and maintain for a while and reassess.
I can do it!!!
After a year of physio and myo, I am officially back running. I have to start on C25K again from week 3 onwards, but I’m fine with that… Just so happy to be finally running again!
