How I did it: Study and work in the same place and start at the bottom. First get a job (any) in a Hotel to see if you are part of the "Hotel family" people. You will soon know if it is for you and where you fit in before paying any 2 year course fees. This action can start a career rather than waste a lot of money and time , to later bail out because you can't handle it any more or you want a more free life.
