How to publish something in a respectable journal, magazine, or edited website

How I did it: I found a few magazines that I knew would welcome my expertise. Then I emailed or called their editors. I sent them a sample of my writing too. I haven't yet tried the bigs - they want a query. Pick small or medium or regional publications first - unless you have a following already. Read how I did it…

whatever. This will never happen. When I can afford First Class if i give up my seat it will only be to make someone else happy – not to challenge myself or remind myself. I wanna buy a helicopter instead so this goal had to get the boot.

wake up when my alarm clock goes off

So – I met this cool guy with a bright smile at the store.

He gave me his card and I looked up his site.

and I joined the site because i figured—what the heck maybe it can change my life!

So here I am 7 days later and I have been getting out of bed happily when the alarm clock goes off. you can do it too!

Answer my phone more
i have broken free and i am a reformed cell phone ignorer 22 months ago

Now I rarely pick up. Blame it on school, or work, or only having a car charger to where my phone is always almost dead, but I do feel bad. I’m not trying to avoid anyone… Just basically don’t feel like picking up more often than I used to. But I’m going to change that

NOW: I answer almost always!! And after a month people stopped saying. WOW!!! I cannot believe you answered!!!
