I’m now 20 minutes from running a sub 3 hour marathon. When I started my marathon journey just over 4 years ago, running a sub 3 hour marathon was never even a thought. May 2006 was my first marathon at 5:36. I ran the same marathon in 2007 and ended up with a 4:50. The following year, I ran a 3:50. Now just a couple weeks ago, I ran a 3:20 in Vegas on my 7th marathon.
I’m going to train hard and see if I can come back for my 4th showing of the Colorado Marathon to see if I can crack the 3 hour mark. If I can, it would be an amazing journey for me at Colorado, since I would have ran it 4 times in a different hour bracket each time. I will post an update in May 2010.

I finished P90X in October 2009. I had awesome results and was able to set 4 race PRs during the 90 days, and have set one since finishing. I loved the program, it was fun, and gave me results I didn’t think I would achieve. It gave me more endurance for running.
I would highly recommend doing the program, check out http://bringthefit.com for more information, and let me know if you have any questions.
