Ok, I marked this as done a long time ago, but now that I’ve been exercising regularly for a much longer period of time, I’m remarkably more fit. Like, noticeably more fit. Walking further is easier, running further, climbing stairs, swimming… According to my husband, my body shape is better too (although I don’t really see it myself). I haven’t been to a dentist in 9 years. I’m actually pretty scared about it. My teeth aren’t horrible or anything, I don’t have toothaches, but I imagine I will if I don’t start having regular cleanings and fluoride again. And now I have good health coverage at work, so I can afford to go to the dentist. I just have to make an appointment and go. shivers
