I need to go down my “things” list and make targets for the things I want to do. I need to make limits on the things I don’t want to do. That seems to make sense. With out the specific goal, my mind has too much chance to float away from focus.

I see there aren’t too many entries about this topic.
I can see it is easier to get down on oneself for not “getting it together” than it is to focus on what it would take to “get it together”.
I’d say I was unfocused… otherwise I might not be on this website.
It seems so much of the “things” I want to change or goals I have, require so much introspection initially.
In order to come up with some viable building blocks of personal change, I have to become my own architect of change. In order to know what materials I am looking at to rebuild, I have to take a hard look into myself.
I think this is probably the toughest part… the honest personal assessment. I don’t know if I’m up to it. I’m gonna give it a shot though.
I’ve maybe gone a little overboard regarding this subject, but it seems wasting one’s time can lead to wasting one’s life… so it does seem imperative to find out what one wants, then make the time to get it…I may be just talking to myself here…
In my previous entry I really only defined some of the problem, and outlined a goal. I guess my next step is to define the goal more specifically. Something I can actually obtain.
Like stretch my back for 30 minutes a day. Or do 200 crunches a day.
Ok… I’ll try to define my goal more clearly for myself.
