I’m plodding along. Really only making slow progress. But I’m happy with this-better than giving up
Well, I attended and participated in the 2 Boot Camp sessions. It was tough going, but I persevered! Need to add 1 walk/run to this and I will be doing 3 sessions of exercise a week!
Looking forward to the coming week
I have neglected doing this for ever so long…..!
Just signed up for 6 weeks of group personal training. Will be attending twice a week for the next 6 weeks. Did 1 hour today – I survived! But I am so unfit!
