Finally!!! 4 months ago

Had the house professionally cleaned today. Wish I could afford to do it all the time. It’s so nice to have it finished. Anyway, I still need to do the second part of my plan, which is to develop some kind of routine to help keep it up a little better (since I can’t afford twice a month).

Goal almost met!!!

Appointment 4 months ago

I decided to go with my previous option #2. I have made an appointment for tomorrow to have my home professionally cleaned. So excited!!! I have quite a bit of work to do today, however, to get it ready. I will be making a lengthy visit to RealSimple.com to get some ideas about organizing and maintaining some measure of cleanliness this evening.

I met with my trainer again today and purchased the 12 training sessions for my mom and I. On Tuesday, he assigned me the lovely task of keeping track of my diet for three days and filling out some paperwork regarding my eating habits. We reviewed them today and developed a general diet plan. Tomorrow, I’m going to plan the next weeks worth of meals and get some shopping in. I have also been to the gym three times this week. I did mostly cardio and realized that I need to challenge myself more. I keep forgetting to get my iPod out of my bag until I get upstairs…gotta remember next time. The training schedule should be easily arranged for the next few weeks, until I go back to work. Then I’ll really have to make myself commit and get my arse to the gym.
