How I did it: Start Eating Fruits , lots of but Avoid Packed juices Cut down on Sugar , but don't neglect your body of sugar . I was able to do 120kg leg press (nearly twice my body weight). but yesterday was not able to lift it….. ughhh :(
This week its gonna be 130kg and 140kg…..
Although it feels so easy to do…. But I know it will take much effort to do 90kg leg press . I have done 70kg on Friday.
