no, I haven’t figured it out yet, but after getting laid off this morning, I now have the opportunity to research some ideas I’ve been having. Could be just pipe-dreams, but I’m about to find out! If anybody has any advice about breaking into the worlds of cooking, coaching, teaching, or any other professions that seem a little more hands on than a desk job, please let me know!

How I did it: I would've found it months ago, but apparently their website was down for a while! Finally, when I moved to Charlestown, I started looking into volunteer coaching at the high school's summer program. Through this, I heard about a mens league that I instantly joined! My team got slaughtered the first week, but it felt great to get back on the field again! Read how I did it…
How I did it: It started with an idea me and my buddy had late one night a couple months ago. We decided to create our own Catholic mens retreat in the woods after being inspired by the book Wild at Heart. After writing down pages of notes, I was super pumped and shared my excitement with a lot of people. One of the friends I told actually had a friend in Florida that had been coordinating retreats and he was able to give me some pointers on how to … Read how I did it…
haha- I can’t wait to do this! I hope it happens. I’m a pretty skinny guy, but very athletic and love to mix it up. It seems like most of the contestants they choose are between 28-34 (or at least thats how it was in the 80s), but still in great shape. I have two years to let people keep underestimating me for this ‘goal’ until I fit that age group, and hope my body holds up! I’ll shock the world ;) hahaha
Me and my buddy are planning a vacation/pilgrimage to about 4 cities in Mexico this summer, and I figure- if it actually happens, the chances of us seeing some mariachi there is pretty high! Cross your fingers- this will be a very expensive trip, so hopefully everyone considering it is able to pull the trigger once we finalize.
